Ridley Jing

Hello everyone!

Here again with my YouTube video update!
It's a review on my recent daily used BB Cushion and it's definitely the cutest one.

Yes, It's the Dear, Klairs Mochi BB Cushion!

It's my first product from Dear, Klairs because I saw people reviewed about it. It's cute and that's the main reason I purchased it without any second thought. I just can't resist anything that's cute, especially this one. It's so adorable and it melted my heart.

Among all my BB Cushion, although it's a CUTE one, not really the BEST one.

Let me tell you WHY...
For the coverage it provides, it's not that good nor bad, it is just average.
For the conceal level, It's also not that good nor bad, it is just average.
For hydration level, this BB Cushion provides a good hydration, it is good.
For the effect it gives, it is more towards glossy.
For long lasting, it does not last very long, so it is not really good.

There are some good and bad points for this product, however it still depends on whether you like it or not because we all have different skin type. As for me, I have a normal skin type, but a bit dry. Therefore, this products suits me well for daily application since it provides good hydration and it won't become flaky. But, to be sincere, I won't use it for a heavier makeup because it just not for that purpose.

So will you try it or not if you haven't?
It's up to you. :)

xoxo.

Hello again everyone!

Here again with another update from me.
Since I bought quite a lot of items from TaoBao, so I made a video for it to share with you all.

*Hint Hint* There are some tips included in the video too!
Click on the below video to watch it!

Thank you for watching my video~ <3

Although I don't have a lot of experiences for TaoBao Shopping, I really wanna share with you all on what I know about TaoBao shopping in my latest video.
*If you wanna know where I got all the items, please refer to the links listed below my video in the description box at YouTube.*

Yes, you really need some knowledge to really get a good item from TaoBao at reasonable price.
Throughout some shopping experiences, I slowly learn how to buy things at TaoBao. So if you wanna learn how to buy things at TaoBao, please start shop at TaoBao now. You will learn more when you shop more from it (and spend more money).

I have some love-hate relationship with TaoBao.

I LOVE it because:-
1. You can find things there with cheaper price.
2. A lot of choices.
3. You can basically find anything there.
4. Up to trend (for clothing).
5. A lot of descriptions.

I HATE it because:-
1. Too many choices for one thing (Hard to choose).
2. Mostly cannot return item if not satisfied.
3. Time consuming because you have to spend hours for shopping.
4. Delivery takes more than a week.
5. Quality not guarantee.

How about you?
Do you like to shop at TaoBao too?

xoxo.

Hello everyone...
It's another midnight update from me again and it will be very wordy since I'm kinda having a mix feeling right now.

I often considered myself as one person that don't last long in doing one thing. For instance, I was very into writing diary in a diary book before, but it did not last long. I played games, but I always tend to stop halfway when it got bored. I liked doodling, but just for a very short time. Although I am so impatient about things, there are two interest that I still working on until now, which are blogging and YouTube.

I actually gave up blogging during my college time when I was so busy with my relationship and study. I know, it was sad because I stopped blogging. I kinda regretted about it whenever I think of it because my blog was so dead at that period and all I did was nothing. However, I started blogging again after broke up and my blog revived with a new domain and blog layout which was a good thing for me.

Even for now, I'm still blogging here. Although my blog is not often update by me, sometimes when I have something to share, I will post something up here. I really feel good to see my blog view increasing again and I really appreciate it because my persistence in blogging is leading me to something.

About my YouTube, I started my YouTube since 2 years ago but I uploaded more videos during last year. Although my uploaded videos are not many compared to other YouTuber, I really tried my best to at least came out with one video per month.

Another great news I got today, my YouTube subscriber just passed 200. It was an achievement for me and it really motivates me to continue on in making videos. Thanks to all my subscribers, you really made my day. :)

Maybe some people thought that 200 subscribers is not a big numbers, but it means so much for me because it was really hard for me to get this far. It's not easy to make video because it needs more time and efforts to make it presentable at YouTube. Some days after filming, I only get to sleep like average 4 hours for 2 to 3 days just to finish editing my video. To be honest, it was really tiring at some point, but I just love it. Imagine you have to come out with few hundred lines of subtitles for your one single video, it is a very hectic moment. And not to forget that I still have a full time job during the day, lol.

I really happy to see my YouTube and blog are going well, but at some point, I'm exhausted.
However, I made a promise to myself that I will continue on in making videos and blogging.
I hope I really can make it.
Let's see how it goes in the coming future...

Hello again everyone!

Here comes the part two of my Bangkok Trip and it's also the last part of my travel vlog.
The main places that I visited in this vlog are Chatucak Weekend Market and the area around Siam Square. It was a very relax trip since I did not have any itinerary to follow. My friend kinda planned everything in her mind, so I just followed her to all the places.

Sometimes, travel without itinerary is good.
You get to see more things and sometimes you might discover new places too!

Hopefully my vlog will gives you all a little bit of help if you are planning to travel to Bangkok soon.
Of course there's still a lot of places which are yet to be explored by me, but soon... I will definitely travel to Bangkok again to explore more.

*I miss travelling now...and holidays. lol.*

See you all in my next post!

Hello everyone~
After back from Bangkok, I miss travelling even more.
I wish I can travel to more places within one year but I have a full time job to attend, so it's kinda impossible for me to enjoy travel with a longer period. Therefore, I really cherish all my travel moments.

Although this was my third time to Bangkok, everything was so new to me and there were so many new places popping up here and there. (Can see how fast a place developed in such a short time...lol)

This Bangkok trip was quite special because I went there with one of my colleague who are also my best friend (although my boyfriend joined in halfway...lol.). I seldom travel with friend actually, especially with only one friend, so it's kinda new for me but I was having so much fun because I could shop more since I have a friend next to me during this trip.

Lesson learned:
Must bring a girl's bestie if you are planning to go Bangkok because you can shop more with cheaper price and shop even more because you save more money from all your purchase with the wholesale price.

I also spent some time to edit my Bangkok Trip 2017 Travel Vlog. Although I only uploaded part one now, the second part is coming soon! Click on the below video to watch it:

*Note: We did not draft any itinerary for this trip because my friend was so familiar with Bangkok, lol. Basically, we just went to any places that we felt like wanted to go. Hope you all like my Travel Vlog.

*Note again: If you know how to use GRAB Car there, please use the app because sometimes it's cheaper and it's definitely more convenient to travel around in Bangkok.

See you all in my next post!

Hello everyone!
I just back from my Bangkok trip last week and would like to share something with you all, that's why I'm here typing on my keyboard again.

Due to work and also I was sick for few days, there was lack of updates in any of my social media after I was back from Bangkok. But I am feeling better now and I think it's time for me to share with you all about my trip. Of course I'm still editing my Bangkok Trip video, hope you all will look forward to it.

Since I went to Bangkok for 6 days 5 nights, I had a lot of free time to explore around other than just shopping. Thus, my friend and I decided to spend one day for cafe hopping around Ekkamai area in Bangkok.

First question, why Ekkamai?
My friend and I searched about the cafe that is worth visiting in Bangkok, and it turned out that most of the nice cafes are concentrated around Ekkamai area, so we just took BTS there and explored around the area.

And we came across this very unique cafe.
(UN) Fashion Cafe
The cafe is standalone building, and it's so cute and unique!

The area inside was kinda narrow and small, but it has two floors and the interior designs was so vintage and cozy! Everything were nice.

We found a place to sit at the end of the corner. The table setting was very simple and nice. Everything here were just cozy. It's really good to spend your afternoon time here as the weather out there was super hot in Bangkok.

Ordered two of their signature drinks. My friend ordered something called Thai Tea Latte and I ordered Strawberry Latte. Everything on the table just acted as a nice background for my drinks.

Strawberry Latte.

Since it's lunch hour when we visited there, so we ordered some food too. The dish that I ordered was the Carbonara. To be honest, the food here is quite common but the environment here is awesome.

We saw a lot of people ordered dessert, so we decided to order waffles for dessert. The waffle tasted great but the only thing I don't eat is banana. lol.

The portion of the food was quite big for me.

After finished the lunch, we kinda headed out from the cafe and decided to took some photos.

OOTD of the day!

It is a nice cafe. If you looking for some places to spend your afternoon at Bangkok, I definitely recommend you all to go for some cafe hopping. And when you do so, please do drop by this cafe if possible. Definitely worth a visit.

Address:
10 Soi Sukhumvit 63,
Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana,
Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

Operating Hours:
12:00 -21:00 pm (Everyday)

Hope you all like my sharing~

I have attended the Eau Thermale Avène #MorethanJustWater Luncheon recently just to learn more about Eau Thermale Avène. Thanks to Seeties and also Eau Thermale Avène Malaysia Team  for the luncheon invitation at Nara Kitchen & Co. Thank you for having me there and gave me the opportunities to learn about the brand.

I guess most of the people are very familiar with Eau Thermale Avène  because you can find this reputable brand  at most of the drugstore such as Watsons, Guardians, Caring and so on. As for me, I really like their Avène Thermal Spring Water and I often used it to soothe and soften my skin . However, Eau Thermale Avène, the specialist for sensitive skin offers a wide and complete skin care range that cater to different skin types and concerns which I need to explore more.

During the luncheon, I have the chance to discover more on the Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Optimale, a Hydration range and the Suncare range as well as Avène Thermal Spring Water.

Avène Hydrance Optimale Hydration Range

Avène Suncare Range

Avène Thermal Spring Water

During the luncheon, sharing session was given by the presenters as well as the special guest, Trisha Kuck on that day. Trisha was invited to share her experiences during her trip to Avène Hydrotherapy Centre in France. Listened to her whole experience really made me want to explore more of Eau Thermale Avène.

Thank you Eau Thermale Avène for this amazing luncheon.

Group Photo of the Day.

After attending the luncheon, I was given a set of Eau Thermale Avène products to try at home. So for almost 2 to 3 weeks, I have been using Eau Thermale Avène products in my daily skincare routine as well as makeup routine. Guess what, the products were super awesome.

Just for your information, my skin type is normal combination skin. I seldom have acne or pimples or etc, but sometimes my skin was dry as I stayed mostly in air conditioner room. Therefore, I was really excited to try out the Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Optimale the Light Hydrating Cream 40ml which is suitable for my normal and combination skin. Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Optimale range also comes with UV Light SPF 20 Cream (all skin types with UV protection), Rich Cream 40ml  (for dry skin) and Serum 40ml (suitable for all skin types)

So, let’s just start my skin care routine with Avène products.
This table is the Essential Care Skin Regime given by Eau Thermale Avène Team. My skincare routine with the brand was also following this table as the table was very easy to understand.

STEP 1 CLEANSE:  Eau Thermale Avène Gentle Cleansing Foam 150ml (Retail price: RM95)

Firstly, cleanse your face by using Eau Thermale Avène Gentle Cleansing Foam 150ml.

The Cleansing Foam comes out in a bubble form. I really like foam type cleanser because it can clean much better than any other form of cleanser.

After finish cleansing your face, just simply wash it off with water. If you really want to have a better results, I heard that washing off the cleansing foam with Thermal Spring Water can really provide a better outcome. You can also use Avène Thermal Spring Water after cleanser and before applying toner by leaving in on your face for 2 to 3 minutes to form a protective film.

STEP 2 SOOTHE: Eau Thermale Avène Thermal Spring Water 50ml, 150ml and 200ml (Retail price:RM25, RM49 and RM69 respectively )

Next, spray the Avène Thermal Spring Water on my face!
Spray it from distance so that the water mist can fully  cover your whole face. Let it stay on your face for few minutes, then gently pat until dry.

Since Avène Thermal Spring Water mainly helps in soothing and softening ,   it makes my skin feel much more refreshing and hydrated. Of course it won’t cause any irritation on your skin as the water is routed directly from the natural source to the production. This means that the water that came out from the bottle is really the spring water all the way from Avène village in France which the original properties and qualities of Avène Thermal Spring Water are present and found unaltered inside each spray.

For people like me who always stay in air conditioned room, it’s really a good product to keep my skin stay fresh and hydrated all the time.

STEP 3 TONE: Eau Thermale Avène Gentle Toner 200ml (Retail price: RM89)

First, shake well before use. Next, apply Eau Thermale Avène Gentle Toner 200ml all over your face after spraying Avène Thermal Spring Water.
It works like normal toner so you can always use it after face wash. Same to the other products, it won’t cause any irritation to your face as it is alcohol-free.

The product texture was quite watery and it’s a bit milky color. It also smells like some powdery kinda smell.

Gently apply it all over your face and pat it gently until dry.

STEP 4 MOISTURE: Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Optimale Light Hydrating Cream 40ml  (Retail price: RM109)

Next, apply the Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Optimale Light Cream 40ml in five different spots on  your face. Eau Thermale Avèneintroduces a new active complex, Meiboserine that perfectly imitates the natural moisturizing protective film that keep our eyes surface moist all the time. This perfect model of protection for skin is now been introduced in Hydrance Optimate range that provides extra moisturizing treatment for your sensitive skin. so can you imagine how hydrating it is to our skin just like how our eyes always remain moist?

The texture of the product is white fluid and non-greasy emulsion. Gently apply this cream in different areas and massage  over your face and  it can be easily absorbed fully into my skin.

This is my favorite product so far as it really hydrates my skin. My skin was a bit dry these few weeks as my office has super cold and strong air-conditioner, so the environment in my office is very dry. However, with Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Optimale Light Hydrating Cream 40ml, it really rescues my skin from dryness.

STEP 5 PROTECT:  Eau Thermale Avène Day Protector Tinted SPF 30 40ml (Retail price: RM99)

Next, the Avène’s Day Protector Tinted with SPF 30 PA +++.
During day time, before go out under the hot sun, sun block is very important. Although many products or cosmetics comes with UV protector factors, it’s still not enough. Therefore, Sun Protector is needed separately to really block off most of the UV rays and sun lights.

The texture of the Eau Thermale Avène Day Protector Tinted 40ml is something like BB Cream. It is tinted and lightweight cream that is  easy to apply. As you may see in the photo, the products color is like a BB cream color which you can use it as a make-up base. For this products, just apply it same as the way you apply your foundation. Apply it all over your face during you day makeup.

After I blended it, you may see that the color becomes more natural. The texture after application is not oily nor sticky and is very light weight. Basically you don’t feel that you have apply a layer of sun protector. I highly  recommend Eau Thermale Avène Day Protector Tinted 40ml  to all of you , and as always, all Eau Thermale Avène products are  suitable for sensitive skin, so you do not need to worry that the product will cause any irritation and uncomfortableness to your skin.

For these few weeks, I had switched all my skincare products to Eau Thermale Avène just because I really want to know how good are Eau Thermale Avène products. As expected, the products are really as good as what I heard and learned from the luncheon session. Now my favourite from Eau Thermale Avène will be the Hydrance Optimale Light Cream 40ml. As I always concern more on hydration products, the Hydrance Optimale Light Cream 40ml is really a great product to save my skin from dryness.

Dear lovelies,
I'm here again my recent video.

It's a review video about the 1028 Brownie Eye Shadow Palette!
I used it in my Halloween Makeup video to create smokey look, so if you all wondering which palette I was using, then this is it. And for the first time, I spoke in mandarin for my video.
Hope you all like it.

This palette is mainly earthy tone color and it's very easy to use. As i'm not an eye shadow person, I tend to look for a more convenient eye shadow palette because I want to use it easily and fast.

For this palette, there are 6 colors including a brush for eye shadow application. From the lightest color to the darkest color, it's more on earthy tone color. Thus by using this palette, it's very easy to create a smokey eye makeup within a short period. Of course it also suitable for daily makeup by applying the lighter earth tone color.

In conclusion, it depends on how you apply it!

And another good point, it won't smudge and crease. So now you no need to worry about your eye makeup during your events or party time.

For more info and details, you may watch my video.
Please do leave a 'LIKE' for my video and 'Subscribe' to my channel if you don't mind. lol.

That's all for my update.
Hope you all like it.

Hi everyone!
I'm still alive...lol.

Still keeping my YouTube updated as much as possible by sharing videos. And the current video was about the Sofina Primavista Ange Moisture Keep Base UV Review. It was my current favourite makeup base that I'm using for my daily makeup.

Light weight makeup base that keep your skin moistures as much as possible if you are a person that always stay indoor in an aircond room. Although it is more towards hydrating your skin, it also prolong your makeup, give you better skin tone and of course a sun protection.

Watch my video to see my review on the Sofina Primavista Ange Moisture Keep Base UV.

That's all for my update.
Hope you all like it.
